Creating a Developer Portal Account

Navigate to the Developer Portal.

Select Sign Up at the bottom right.

Fill out the form, read the Terms of Service and API Terms of Use. If you agree select the option, and click Create Account.

Confirmation that a verification email has been sent

You will receive a notification that an email has been sent you the email specified. Check your email.

Click Verify Email to confirm the email is valid. (The link itself is only valid for 24 hours)

Click Continue to Developer Portal to continue the setup process

Next you will need to setup Multi-Factor Authentication.

Your account is now created.
